Robert Kessler

Robert is our master craftsman and workshop director, responsible for translating design concepts into production-ready pieces. A fourth-generation woodworker, he learned traditional joinery from his grandfather and has spent three decades perfecting techniques that make Hearthwood furniture structurally superior.

Under Robert's direction, our workshop produces furniture using time-honored methods -- mortise-and-tenon joints, dovetails, and hand-rubbed finishes -- that ensure every piece will last for generations.
